・I will greet you when I ship the item.
・You cannot choose the specific plushie you will receive. Although it's the same product, the individual plushies are chosen at random. Please be especially careful as many people are concerned about the facial features, etc. (I will note any missing tags, etc.)
・Shipping will be done using the cheapest method. Usually Yu-Packet.
・After purchase, I cannot accommodate requests to correct purchase errors, change payment methods, cancel the order, or apply forgotten coupons.
・Changing to Rakuraku Mercari delivery is not possible at the buyer's request. This includes cases where additional fees are offered.
・Packaging
Figures, acrylic stands, and缶バッジ (can badges) will be wrapped in bubble wrap.

Plushies will be wrapped in waterproof packaging + a dedicated envelope or an additional plastic bag.

Paper items and files will be protected from bending + waterproofed.

　※ This is amateur packaging, with minimal protection. I try to ensure that items do not get dust on them, but please understand that some may adhere to the packing tape, etc.
