This is a Yashica MEDICAL 100 macro lens for medical use.
The power supply is included, and its operation has been confirmed. The light turns on without issue.
There is some mold visible in one spot on the lens when a strong light is shone through it, but the rest of the lens is clear. Since this isn't a lens designed to be used with backlighting, it shouldn't affect the image quality.
The aperture is fixed and changes according to the focal length. Also, it does not have infinity focus, which is part of its specifications (specialized for close-up photography).
A cord for attaching to the hot shoe is also included.
It is a Yashica Contax mount. Please note that it is not an F-mount, which is the category listed.
