This is a popular HBT product from the U.S. Army, highly sought after in the vintage market.

HBT = HERRING BONE TWILL is a fabric characterized by its zigzag weave, widely used in items from this era. The name "herringbone" comes from its resemblance to the bones of a herring fish, with a distinctive V-shaped pattern like arrow feathers.

This strong and durable material is frequently used in military items across various countries, and you can enjoy the aging process as the weave becomes more prominent with wear.

We analyzed archives of each model we own and, after numerous sample productions, created a fabric we were satisfied with.

The product has been washed to give it the appearance of having been worn from the start. The seams, finished with a rolled hem, show puckering, giving it a worn-in feel while still leaving room for further aging, allowing you to create a unique piece that reflects your style.

The M-43, one of the most popular models in the 1940s US ARMY HBT series, features large chest pockets and a gas flap.

We've even reproduced the customization of the gas flap seen in vintage pieces, sewing it down in a folded state. This detail, which might not be considered practical from a fashion perspective, is elevated to a hidden detail by adding this extra step.

The metal 13-star buttons perfectly replicate the faded and chipped black lacquer, matching the washed HBT material for a finish indistinguishable from vintage.
