This soft straw turban style hat by Reggi of Wilshire is from around the 1960's/70's. The union label dates it from 1960-80. Navy blue with black band. The band has elastic across the back. No size tag but measures 20 1/2" unstretched and will stretch about 1". Very good condition with just some light soiling on the inside front of the band. I ship same or next business day.
