From around the 1960's or 70's. Made in China. Light weight 78% polyester, 22% viscose. Hand wash, hang to dry. Pull over. 2 buttons and loop at the neckline. The button are inside. Side vents. Embroidered along the neckline and cuffs of the 3/4 bell sleeves in red, blue, green and yellow. Red embroidered trim along the hem of the neckline and sleeves. It is marked a size M but would be todays size 2 or 4. May mannequin is a 2 and it's a little big. It measures 24 1/2" long. Laying flat 18 1/4" across under the arms.
