item is in preowned condition and the bottle does have some wear to the outside annd top of the bottle as pictured. spray does work and was tested - bottle will have top taped shut for security during shipping. the bottle is a 2 oz bottle which i think is around 40 to 50% full which my calculator says is about 1 oz, but please make sure you review the pictures and measurements to judge amount of perfume in the bottle for yourself.
