Vintage Belleek Pottery Fine Porcelain Carlington Pink Rose Cache Pot - 7th Mark
Handcrafted in Ireland for over 150 years, Belleek Pottery pieces represent an original piece of Irish Craftsmanship where every handle, flower and brush stroke is applied by hand to create the look and feel that is distinct and unique. This vintage porcelain cache pot/vase has an applied pink rose and shamrocks with the 7th overall mark (Gold).
Lovely swirls representing an ocean shell create the body of the vase. The rim is a delicate ruffled edging with an arc of rose stem cinching the body. A delicate open pink rose with pastel green shaded leaves as well as a strand of three green shamrocks on the reverse side completes this beautiful piece of pottery. The piece is stamped with a Gold mark which dates the piece between 1980 and 1983.
This pot measures 4" in height and 5" diameter across the top at its widest. Overall condition is very good, with no chips, cracks or crazing noted.
