Vintage 1950's/1960's velvet suit

This rare find two piece chocolate velvet suit will elevate any wardrobe. The jacket is cropped ( I think shortened at some point) with bracelet length sleeves making it a lovely boxy fit. See measurements , this is usually generous fitting a modern size 10-14. There is a useful spare button still attached and hidden side pockets. The pencil skirt has a side zip and rear split with modesty panel. Both have lining. As you can see I have left the skirt hem down incase you would like to adjust the length but happy to hand stitch it up for you if you would like that. The current length is 28"( to existing hemline) . The skirt is a smaller size, I'd say 8-10 but please see measurements and ask questions. Overall it's in amazing condition but there are as you might expect one or two to small marks on the front of the skirt as shown. I have not dry cleaned this so they may come out. As I say they are small . That's been well cared for and has no musty smell.
