This is Takku-kun (No. 136) from the Old Bikkuriman Ice 12th series Guardian Angel sticker.
The condition is a fairly good, near-mint class. Please check the images. (^-^)
The latter half of the Old Bikkuriman Ice series has many high-value items, not just the head stickers, but also the "Sukumi" (supporting character) stickers. Takku-kun, included in the Ice 12th series Sukumi, is a prime example.
