This is a CUSTOMIZED STANCED Hot Wheels wheel swap. It’s been taken out of the package, customized, then placed back onto the package. It’s mint to near mint so there may be minor flaws on the vehicle or card.  It will be safely shipped in a protector and box with bubble wrap to guarantee no damage.

DOES NOT ROLL, only for display 
Placed back on the original card, not glued
