The box does have some wear due to storage. This is a cute Santa Claus with a hole sensor on the hat. The sensor is inside the hole of hat~ when you have motion~ then the Santa Claus plays, “We Wish You A Merry Christmas”. You can hang this on a hook or put it on your Christmas tree. It has a hook on the top of the Santa hat. The battery pack doesn't have or is missing its top cover part. It has off/on button.
