SALVOR FAUNA PILLOW Pig Plush Animal Cushion

This is a cushion from the SALVOR FAUNA PILLOW series, part of the "Fauna Collection" by AREAWARE, an interior product team founded by up-and-coming designers based in New York. The collection is designed by Ross Menuez.

The "fauna pillow" is inspired by 19th-century Victorian pillows known for their delicate molding, and is based on animal illustrations that were mass-produced for the first time during that era.

It is silk-screen printed with soy ink on 100% organic cotton canvas fabric. The bold, contrasting colors are also a key feature. This cushion is recommended as an accent for your interior decor.

Born in New York in 1965. In addition to the Fauna Collection, he is involved in various activities in America, Europe, and Japan, ranging from kitchen, office, and home design to interior design for shops and restaurants.
In 2003, he launched Salvor Projects, which led to his selection as a finalist for the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Awards in Product Design in 2009.
Early projects include commissions by Bruce Weber and Mariko Mori, as well as costume design for Bjork.
