This is a military-style shawl collar.
The condition is very good, but the thread on the left arm patch was slightly torn. I took it to a repair shop, but they didn't have the same color thread, so it was repaired with a slightly different shade of green.
You might notice it up close, but it's not noticeable from a distance.
