This is an Osiris Porcelain collectible plate featuring "The Golden Mask of Tutankhamun" from the "Egypt: Splendours of an Ancient World" series. It's plate number 18294 A and was the first issue in the collection.
The plate is crafted in fine porcelain and hand-painted with 22-karat gold under the hallmark of Osiris Porcelain. It features a three-dimensional golden pharaoh mask design with vibrant blue, red, and multi-colored enamel detailing on a black background with gold trim. The edition closed on July 31, 1994, making this a limited collectible.
