I absolutely love this dress! ***STUNNING***
I don't think the photos do this dress justice! Very pretty vintage 1990s dark blue/navy and black velvet flower dress. Simple shift dress design, maxi floor length. Sleeveless, with a rounded neckline. The material is a simple dark blue polyester, but the design of black flowers is added on in a soft velvet like material. There are slits on either side of the dress near the bottom, measuring at 16 inches of length. The dress is pullover with no closures, and has a seam down the middle of the back.
