Moser Bohemian Cranberry Red Raised Enamel Flower Pastel Petals Art Glass with “Wien” hand painted on the side. It also features pastel flowers hand painted on four sides, the paint has a raised textured, bowl is cranberry glass with hand painted gold filigree and lattice design, pastel floral design. It has 18k painted on it as well. There are some areas of wear to the gold. It does not have a maker mark but looks like the Moser glass I’ve seen on different websites.
