It is a MINOLTA product, but the business was transferred to Sony, and the mount was inherited, so it can be used in the same way as Sony lenses.
Since it is an A-mount lens, you will need to prepare an adapter yourself to attach it to an E-mount camera like the α7 series.
There are genuine Sony adapters and inexpensive third-party adapters available.
