Makita table saw ( Flip over saw )

Hi please see the table saw I purchased just over 7months ago, we used it once, it’s hasn’t got a mark on it it’s been kept in my lock up, unfortunately we just need the space and have no use for it anymore. I want £470.00 for it but am willing to accept sensible offers. All the optional extras are still in the box as never used.
