Slightly padded and padding is NOT removable. Bra has thin black straps that are adjustable but NOT removable. There are 2 straps on each side (In the back they're close together, like normals strap placement)(In the front straps are attached in 2 different spots on each bra cup - 1st straps in the front is the typical bra strap placement. The 2nd strap in the front is attached to the underwire part of the cup close to the middle of chest/close to the 'V'. Please see all pictures. This bra is absolutely stunning in person!!! Hooks in the back has 3 Rows and 3 Columns for the perfect fit.
