This is a pair of L'Artiste by Spring Step ankle boots in a women's size 40 or a US 9. They are called Shazzam and are in the Navy / Multi color combo The uppers are made of leather and the heel is about 2" tall. They are put on using the side zippers.
There is no original packaging or tags with this pair. The wear on the bottoms is minor. They are super clean with no marks, stains, rips, or other hard damage. However, there may be some scuffing from typical use. The toes look to have some of the color worn off, but when looking online for brand new pairs, this seems to be the design intention.
