She has fair skin with bright red cheeks and curly golden hair. Her bangs look uneven with a single lock curling down on both sides and cheek length hair worn with two blue ribbons. Curls wears a yellow dress with puffed sleeves with a blue sash belt, pastel blue pockets, and skirt with ruffles. She wears white socks and pastel blue Mary Janes. Pet Curls has three gummy bears that are transparent.
