The cap sleeve cowl neck black top is 100% silk. The box pleat black and gold brocade skirt is 90% acetate, 10% metallic. Polyester lining. Dry clean. Back zip. Side pockets. The band hits above the waist and has black beads and sequins. It's marked size 2 but runs a little big so I'm listing under a 4. It fits me and I wear a 4. It measures 34" long. Laying flat seam to seam it 17" across under the arms, 13 1/2" at the band. I ship same or next business day.
