THIS IS A JUNIORS SIZE XXL, not womens. It is much smaller than a womans XXL, it's more like a Medium - Large in womens.
The brand is Wu Tong Yu. This jacket is so cute!! Embellishments include pearls on the collar, lace on wrists and bottom of jacket. Jacket is short with lace extending past denim to give a regular jacket length "look".
There is a small area where the seam has come undone in the armpit of the left sleeve. It is a very easy fix. See photos
Measures 18.5 " across chest
Jacket is 22" long. the bottom 8 inches of it being sheer lace.
