Judy Garland vintage collectable book

A blast from the past. This vintage 1945 edition is a story about Judy and the Hoodoo Costume. Not sure if it's fiction or not.
It was written by Kathryn Heisenfelt.
The hardcover book is in good condition for being so old. The outer paper is a bit worn as you can see, and the pages have yellowed from being in a bookcase.
There is a gift message on the first page that was written in 1946, but I wasn't going to try and remove it for fear of ripping the page.
It was published by Whitman Publishing Co.
The inside covers are nicely illustrated in black and white.
A great book to add to anyone's collection or to give as a gift.
