This is a super skinny denim from JGG.Men (Jegging Men).

"JEGGING" is a hybrid super skinny pant (skinny denim) that combines the look of denim with the comfort of leggings (strong stretch), making it tight, stylish, and easy to wear.

Jeggings have been sold by major brands due to their stylish good looks and excellent comfort, but because they were originally designed for women, some of them don't fit men's lower bodies well (they become painful or tiring to wear for long periods).
