- New hot/cold therapy pads included. For cold therapy, simply place the therapy pad in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, remove and insert into the inner built-in pocket and wear the garment for as long as desired. For hot therapy, place the pad in a bowl of water and place the bowl in the microwave oven for 30 seconds. The pad can also provide additional support in the area and may be worn simply as a support pad. You have the option of using the left side by itself or the right side or both.
- An inguinal hernia is a protrusion of abdominal contents through the inguinal canal. When a hernia occurs, the contents of the hernia create compression that leads to a feeling of heaviness, pressure, and pain. The Underworks Inguinal Support Brace can help by gently applying pressure to the area to keep the hernia in place and return the intestinal tissue back to its place. The strong tension bands on the brace provide the compression to reduce the swelling and provide the support.

With the Underworks Inguinal Support Brace, you can manage this pain and inflammation. Cold therapy is a common method for pain relief and is especially effective when coping with a sports hernia. When the abdominal muscles tear, they will become inflamed, which creates a bloating feeling. Wear the brace with a chilled pad for relief.
- Heat therapy is often most beneficial when used for a good amount of time to relieve stiffness and tension. We recommend 15 to 20 minutes of heat therapy. Simply warm the Hot/Cold Therapy pads and insert them into the inner built-in pockets of the brace and wear the garment.
