This is the Hot Toys Batman Begins headsculpt, it includes three interchangeable mouth plates, and one plastic tool to move the eyeballs. The seller I bought from originally had used it for a custom and had glued another ball socket inside the head (as seen in the last photo) I don’t know if it would fit the official Batman Begins figure because I don’t own it but I bought it for a custom so it didn’t matter.
