Beautiful gothic black velvet tiered maxi skirt with lace and sequins. It has a zipper opening and it's not elastic. The seams are fraying a bit (see picture), but it's not that noticeable and doesn't affect the wearability of the skirt. I bought it from Vinted but it was too small for me.
