65% full. Bottle is in fair-good used condition with surface level chipping/peeling/scratches to outer layer (wrapping/film) throughout bottle. This is just an older perfume that has been shuffled around in storage. Cap may not be the original, but a replacement. No flaws impacting functionality are present.
