Andrew James Digital Yoghurt Machine with instruction manual and jars with lids. The jars hold 150 ml. There is also an on-line instruction book but, for ease, here is a brief outline for making yoghurt. Included in the on line manual (ManualsLib.com) are recipes. USING THE YOGHURT MAKER - stand the machine on a level surface where it cannot be affected by draughts. Plug it in. 1. Open lid, lift out jars - for first time use make sure you wash the jars and lids). 2. Pour ingredients into jars approximately 3/4 full. Screw the lids back on the jars. Try not to move the yoghurt maker about so a good set is achieved and separation is avoided. 3. After the yoghurt has set, turn off the yoghurt maker and leave the yoghurt to cool before placing in fridge. The following, basic recipe is ideal for anyone watching their sugar intake. Full litre of UHT semi skimmed milk 2 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder 2 tablespoons of starter yoghurt. Pre-heat the machine for about 5 mins; fill jars with lids and leave for about 9/10 hours. I always made my yoghurt in the evening ready for breakfast the following morning. You can add all sorts of flavours and/or fruit to your liking. It is particularly nice with a caramel sauce, fresh fruit, even jam depending on your dietary requirements of course. There are many recipes on line. including for plant based and Greek yoghurt. See ManualsLib.com.
