"Maylie Cottage" Dept. 56 Item #55530. Introduced 1991 and retired 1993. Oliver Twist was forced by Fagin to burglarize Mrs. Maylie's cottage and was wounded. He recuperated under her care at the cottage. This cottage has a pronounced roof ridge, curved cone roof shape repeated on dormers, and front door. One chimney rises up the front facade, a second chimney on side of the house. Size: 6.5" x 5" x 5.5" Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. This is 1 of the 2-piece set- Oliver Twist.
