Delicate Vintage SHAFFORD Fine Bone China Violets and Gold-Trimmed Cup and Saucer - Japan - Giftable for a collector
Open lace saucer is almost 6” in diameter x 1" deep and scalloped 3-footed cup is about 2 1/2” tall with a top opening of 3 3/4”.
Gold handle and gold around the open lace saucer with beautiful purple violets and green leaves on an iridescent white background. Beautiful!
Excellent condition. There is a rough spot on the underside of the saucer that I think is a manufacturing flaw.
Props not included.
Would make a wonderful gift for that collector. Or put a small plant in it for a hostess gift or for someone in the hospital.
