Collectible “Hand Holding Flowers” glazed ceramic, rare, very unique, vintage, circa 1960’s
A glazed ceramic hand holding flowers with an embossed sticker on the bottom which says 'empress' by Haruta, Japan. Ivory colored hands with fingertips tinged in soft mauve pink; assorted colored roses in pastel shades; leaves are a light celery green. There is a very slight what looks like a chip on one of the front 5-petalled flowers (see 6th photo) --but it doesn't detract from the beauty of the item. There is also an interesting pattern in gold on the cuffs. This piece seems pretty rare since I haven't seen another one like it yet. Great addition to someone's vintage 'hand' collection!
Approx. 7 ¾” height; 5 ¼” width; 3 ½” depth; 3 ¼” x 4 ¼” bottom.
This Collectible is very unique and vintage and are in excellent-great condition, that has been kept in my home (smoke-free and pet-free).
