"Getting ready for Christmas"
Our model is ready for Christmas wearing an enchanting outfit, perfect for the occasion.
The whole ensemble consists of the cardigan, hat, skirt, blouse and slip.
The cardigan and hat are a fair isle design, knitted with two tones of yarn, light blue and white. The snowflake design goes all around the bodice and around the head circumference.
The cardigan opens up in front. The openings are an elastic band.
I added a pom pom to the top of the hat.
The edgings are cable rib design, including the collar.
The blouse was made with batiste, it has short sleeves, gathered at the hem. The neck is finished off with a Peter-pan collar adorned with lace. It closes on the back with four buttons.
The skirt is pleated and finished with a yoke which is elasticized at the waist. The fabric is a cotton polyester blend.
The slip is made with batiste also. The straps are silk ribbon. The bodice closes on the back with two snaps. The skirt is gathered at the waist and the he
