Only worn a couple of times but it is around 20 years old! Brighton in USA brand. So excellent manufacture. Hangs beautifully. Could a 32In to a 38in waist. The smaller the waist the more chain hangs at the centre from the hook securing it. I wore it with a plain black dress and it was always admired. All metal no leather. One small area has tarnished but it is not noticeable and does not detract from this lovely accessory.
