This album, released in 1979, is by Itoh Sho, the keyboardist of Far East Family Band, Japan's first progressive rock band, who debuted with production by Klaus Schulze. Featuring contributions from Far East Family Band's Shizuo Takasaki, Kiyohiko Senba, and others. Side A is electronic progressive music, a complete interdimensional trip, originally commissioned for dance by Japanese Butoh dancer Kinosuyo Hanayagi. Side B plunges headfirst into Kraut electronics, influenced by Klaus Schulze. Both sides inherit the symphonic feel of the Far East Family Band era, utilizing a plethora of analog synthesizers to create sounds of nature like birdsong and waves, along with spacey sounds, incorporating Japanese elements like taiko drums and shakuhachi flutes, resulting in a Buddhist meditative world. This is an early masterpiece.
