This is an extra special occasion dress and is made beautifully, the 3 tiers of tulle make it floaty and the picture of the top doesn't give it enough justice! I would say this ran quite large for my daughter so would suit a larger framed child. Hence me putting 7/8 as I would say it would fit 9/10 also. The edge of the beading has lifted but could easily be sewn.
