I'm 5'5 125 lb. and usually a small/ xs, 2, 3, or 4. I wore a 2 or 2.5-inch block heel, and it was a perfect length. The top is lace, but aside from the sleeves and top part, there is lining to cover your bra/ chest, etc. This is a good quality piece. It does not feel cheap.
